Sister to Tony. Ellen was a Wildcat, a street gang recruited by Kyle Bates and Willie to assist fighting a diphtheria plague. Ellen fell in love with Willie unaware of his true identity. After a few mishaps it was obvious there was a spy within the resistance/Wildcats team, but Ellen didn’t know who. Willy finally admitted to Ellen that he was a Visitor, which caused Ellen to be distraught and run off blind into the night where she fell into a ravine. With help from Elizabeth Maxwell, the Resistance was able to find her and get her back to the surface.
It was discovered that Andy was the spy, and Ellen went with the resistance to lay down cover fire for Mike Donovan. She forgave Willie and the two would become friends.
