General Maxwell Larson was a senior Visitor officer involved in food processing during the Second Invasion. (He was one of the few Visitors who used a first and last name.) He was known as "The Butcher of Birmingham."
Larson attended a major Visitor conference in Playa Del Mar. It is implied that he is romantically involved with Mary Kruger. He was killed when the Resistance detonated a bomb at the conference. (V: The Series)
