Singh is one of Eli Cohn's international network of lieutenants for the Fifth Column. Following Eli Cohn's death, John Fierro brings Erica to meet up with the lieutenants in Bangkok, where Pryce expresses that Eli Cohn's transfer of leadership to Erica was entirely unnecessary. Singh explains that the network of lieutenants have already got a number of plans in motion (including a strike to avenge Eli Cohn's death), and do not think they need her involvement. John Fierro convinces the network of lieutenants to give Erica a chance. Singh tells Erica to present to them her plan, or else they will pass on the leadership of the Fifth Column to someone else. Singh is impressed when Erica discloses to the network about the Visitors' plans for Inter-breeding. It is then that Pryce declares that the network is willing to back Erica as their leader.("Birth Pangs")
Singh informs the Fifth Column network that they had to do a last minute switch of virus candidate in Paris, but the plan to infect the live-aboards was successful.("Uneasy Lies the Head")
