Lt. James is one of Diana's main henchmen who was dispatched to do all manner of deeds. He lead a Visitor force who posed as the Resistance on one occasion in order to sabotage the organisation's reputation.
He became of a lover of sorts for Diana. After plotting with her to kill the Visitor leader upon his arrival on Earth, James' reign of terror on Earth was ended as he was arrested by his own people along with Diana.
