Jessie was a young girl who grew up rough and tough especially since her father was killed during the first invasion. She helped her mother on her horse farm, when Mike Donovan and Kyle Bates came by and needed a place to stay. Suspicious at first she quickly took to Donovan as a father figure while he began riling up resistance to the local crooked cops and the Visitors. When she heard that Lt. James had arrived to arrest Donovan, Jessie went on her own to take care of business. Luckily the resistance came to her rescue and took out James and company. She was sad that Donovan left and made him promise to return.
