Lisa's motivations part sounds like speculation so far. Nothing in her conversations with Marcus did she hinted anything about being High Commander but to protect humanity (espacially Tyler).

Aurabolt: I'd stop short of saying she's 5th Column simply because we don't yet know what her motives are for helping Erica. Sure, she want to usurp power but we don't know what her motives are. For all we know, she could just be using the 5th Column as a means to an end.
